I’m Patricia . . . from a small town in Northeast Texas.

I am making a commitment to myself to better my healthy because I am tired of being out of shape and I deserve better! I have always been the self-conscious person, always wondering who was staring at me and why? How fat did I look in a certain outfit, etc. I am 41 years old and can honestly say I have never felt “beautiful”.

It’s time for that to change! It’s time to for me to take time for ME and become the person on the outside that I want to become!

It’s time for changes in my life; I want to be healthier and happier! I want to set an example for others around me that living a healthy and happy life can bring joy to you; along with inner peace.

In my spare time I love photography, collecting cookbooks and recipes, and spending time at the barn! I even dabble in scrapbooking when I get the chance. Yes, all the horses on my SparkPage and in my photo album I own or have owned in the past.

Let us remember that Memorial Day is a day to honor those who have died defending our Freedom and Democracy. Please say a prayer for their Families. Welcome back!
I've lost 20 pound by finally "getting it".
Some of us created a Mentally Tough challenge and followed the coaching on fatloser.com.

It hit a nerve for me and helped me get control of myself. It's not for everyone but check it out.
I also started measuring EVERYTHING. That has worked too. I had been underestimated portions.
