My Goals:
My biggest goal is to find some workout buddies so that we can be accountable to one another. I'm so gregarious that it's hard for me to exercise by myself.
My Program:
I lost the weight I wanted to loose on Weight Watchers- now I need to maintain the weight and get fit and I don't have a plan!
