My Program:
Walking is my favorite aerobics. I look forward to jog/walking until I can complete a bonafide C25K. Weight training will be an effort. THE PLAN: MWF: AEROBICS Walk , Spinning, Wii Fit, Spark Exercise Videos for an hour. GOAL is 10,000 steps/day TU,TH, SAT: WEIGHT TRAINING- Push ups, Sit ups and Squats ADDITIONAL "in home" WORKOUT ARSENAL: Wii Fit, Treadmill, Total Gym, Ellipitical, P90x, Spinner with videos and JOURNALING
Personal Information:
I've never met a stranger, I didn't know. I can strike up a conversation with ANYONE. My motto is to LOVE everyone the way God loves us. I'm happily married to my best friend and have 3 kids, 5 grand kids and love them to pieces. My family is very diverse ethnically and culturally. I'm determined to be a postive force in the world. I work at patience, kindness, understanding and acceptance. Biggest flaw: STAYING ON TRACK, being consistent with weight loss plan. Maybe I'm AFRAID of success or the dread of buying a smaller size clothes. FAVORITE PASTIMES: Theatre, Movies, Karaoke, and Touring Homes, Family Time. dreaming of winning the lottery and retiring to do more of the above mentioned.
Other Information:
DAILY MEAL PLAN: MEASURE PORTIONS!!! Eat every two to three hours. Meals consists of 15g of carb and a minimum of 10g of protein at 250-300 calories. I drink a minimum of 8-15 glasses of water/day. New 24 oz bottles that are BPA free. No more plastic water bottles. I cut off eating at 7-8p. Thru journaling, I've discovered that I struggle with dinner, by FAR my worst meal of the day. To counter that I use crockpot cooking, PLANNED meals with salad. SECRET WEAPON: Sugar free gum and water, lots of water. CARB RULE: Eat only whole wheat pastas and brown rice in 1/2 c portions. SWEETS and CHINESE FOOD AND FRIED CHICKEN WINGS (a.k.a)THE DEVIL's FOOD. When my Mojo is on: Eat sugar free alternatives, 100 calorie pre-packaged treats, fruit or sugar free chewing gum. I LOVE FRUITS & VEGGIES.
