Back to being fit and a healthy lifestyle

My Goals:
Starting weight 157, trying to lose 20 pounds. Exerise 4-5 times a week and eat better - less sugar more vegetables.

My Program:
Cut calories back to 1800 a day. When I first started tracking my food I relized I was eating 2500 - 3000 cals a day. No wonder why I gained a lot of weight recently after going back to the office from working from home for a year. Plan to exerise 4-5 days a week. I bought a treadmill and love it. Allows me to get exerise in when I can't leave the house. My rule is I can't watch Oprah unless I am working out on the treadmill or weights.

Personal Information:
I have 2 children. Never had a problem with my weight until after I had kids. I thought being pregnant was a license to eat whatever I wanted. Also more difficult to find time to workout after having kids.
