HEY EVERYONE JOIN MY SPARKTEAM LITTLE BLACK DRESS BY NEW YEARS EVE!!! DETAILS LISTED IN THE TEAM PAGE


Im 23 yrs old and im just ready to change my life. I want to be able to climb stairs without passing out, Id love to become a runner. I just want a whole new lifestyle. I also want to learn how to play soccer. I have started to dance and walk a lot more. I have not really been using the stairs but that is something that I need to do and Im sure that will make a huge difference. I am here and ready to lose weight! I have had enough self esteem issues and clothing woes!! Who's with me?? ALL OF YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!

My goals: SHort term- to be under 240 lbs
Midterm:To be under 200 lbs by december
Long term: To reach the low 160 weight range
Possible addition after goal-maybe be 150 lbs but hey baby steps :D


Other goals I would like to obtain are running a 5k and eventually a 10k. I think I will be to achieve this! :)

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 75-80 lbs..it seems like such and impossible number. Im afraid of failing but hopefully from the support of this website and friends ill be successful.

Short term goal: Tobe under 240 lbs

Midterm goal: to be under 200 lbs

My Program:
Change my diet. Actually use the dance dvds ive purchased, start running and rollerblading(one i learn how).. i would also like to learn how to play soccer, volleyball and dance more
