IT TOOK ME 2 YEARS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO REALLY QUIT DIETING AND GET HEALTHY.. I HAVE LOST 3O POUNDS IN 2014 AND WILL NO DOUBT REACH MY 50 POUND GOAL THIS YEAR

Got my fitbit and started walking with granddaughter. I'm trying to go a little farther each day. And I have started losing again! Down 4 pounds today. Yay!

You can totally do it. I felt the same way about two and a half years ago, looking at someone else's Sparkpage. This person started out about the same weight that I had and ended up losing even more than I did, but when I saw her page I was about 90 pounds into my journey and looking at her results made me believe that my end goal really could become a reality for me--especially since even though I'd lost 90 pounds, at that point I hadn't been under 200 pounds in over a decade and getting under 200 involved getting around a major mental wall for me (I'd already lost 50 pounds a few years earlier, but never gotten under 200 and then gained it all, plus more, back). So believe it, you can do it. :)

I got a treadmill and I have been doing about a mile every other day. Had to travel yesterday and i was in a car for 15 hours so NOT a good day for many steps.. seems like I took about 4 steps haha but tomorrow I hope is different.

you adding any steps?
