10 in '10
Welcome 2010! So glad of you to make it. I'm gonna make it to, ya know? Yeah. I am. So, 10 weeks towards a healthier me. Goals that are pretty set in stone include: 1. I will weigh in Jan. 2nd, and not again until March when the 10 weeks are over. 2. I would like to see 20 lbs gone! Never to return! 3. I will drink water daily. The goal is 8 cups a day however, as long as it's more than 1 8-oz glass a day, I'll be happy 4. Exercise. This will be done for ...
Welcome 2010! So glad of you to make it. I'm gonna make it to, ya know? Yeah. I am. So, 10 weeks towards a healthier me. Goals that are pretty set in stone include: 1. I will weigh in Jan. 2nd, and not again until March when the 10 weeks are over. 2. I would like to see 20 lbs gone! Never to return! 3. I will drink water daily. The goal is 8 cups a day however, as long as it's more than 1 8-oz glass a day, I'll be happy 4. Exercise. This will be done for 20 minutes 3x/week. Either treadmill or pedal machine. Total, 1 hour a week. 5. No fast food for at least 30 days of the challenge. Consecutive or spread out...total MUST BE 30 days however. 6. Portion. Control. Everything will be portioned out. I have my new digital scale to portion everything out so..no excuse. Other goals not set in stone just yet.... ~Fruits/veggies with every meal ~Try and eat every 2-3 hours ~Make a video blog weekly to report progress (will also be keeping a journal and logging here when I think of it.) This is it for now. Woohoo 2010!!!! Here. We. Goooooo!!!!

My Goals:
Right now my goal is to just get stronger. To walk without fumbling all over, walk without bumping into stuff (thanks to belly!), maybe not be in so much pain all the time, and make moving in general easier!
