My Goals:
To feel better about myself and that starts with being healthy!

My Program:
I am careful about what I eat. I eat low-ER carb (about 70-90g per day) and try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. In addition, I also track saturated fat and cholesterol. I work out 6 days a week (run 3 days, cross train 2 days, strength train 4 days)
