20th Reunion...here I come!
I am Michelle, a stay-at-home mom of three girls. Each pregnancy has left me with more and more weight...even though I lost all the pregnancy weight right after giving birth, it just came back with a vengence!

My Goals:
I would like to get down to about 141. My weight has always stopped there, so once I reach that goal, I am going to try to get down to about 131. I have not seen the 130's since before I got pregnant with my 10 year old!

My Program:
1200-1550 calories per day.
Work out 5-6 days per week. 70-90 minutes of cardio on the stair master and elliptical. 20-30 minutes of weight training.

Met my husband in Palm Springs back in 1996.
Other Information:
I am a mom to three beautiful girls...Emilie-10, Madeline-5 and Natalie-3.
Have a great husband named Todd. He is a mechanical engineer for a company that makes respirators.
I love working out! I get addicted to it once I start!
I love to read, but don't get much of a chance to do so.
My beautiful mother in law lost her battle with cancer on May 22, 2007. I miss her with all my heart.
