Sorry, that should have been just 'smoothie'. I used 1 banana, handful of frozen cherries, a little soy milk and 1 ts (or more) of cocoa. In the blender. A delicous dessert! Took away all chocolate cravings. Of course you could try to add a little lettuce or other green leaf to it! :)
Thanks for the support on my crazy train office blog. She's going out of town to one of our other offices next week, and it's such a relief! I survived the week of temptation, though.
