5/18/2013...Haven't been here for a while, lol...last blog 2010. Well a lot has changed. My health fell apart...couldn't figure out why I was losing exercise tolerance, why I was fatigue eating...turned out to be Stage 3 colorectal cancer. I just finished 10 months of treatment and am now trying to recover from the treatment :-) Some days I feel like I did before the cancer started taking hold...some days not so much. I have lost 10-15 pounds of what I gained when I started not feeling well. I am determined to keep it off and add 10-15 more to the loss, but it's a new starting place. Deconditioned as hell, but getting better. Some bad food habits gained during chemo, need to revamp. Some food restrictions, I'm slowly adding foods back in due to my new guts and tolerances, and management of my new GI system. I figured Spark helped last time, why not find my way back???
1/2/14. Still struggling with the above. But much like the first time I lost weight, my determination is renewed. Doing better in my head, and we're going to have some success now. I mostly needed to work on a few physical basics, and mental, starting in May...and still do. But the base is now better. Here we go!

My Goals:
Regain fitness lost during/after illness. Lose weight to maintenance level prior to illness. Regain inner peace.

My Program:
Going back to what worked before. Diet based on Eat to Live for weight loss. I haven't yet ironed out what will be best for fitness, and while I've come a long way since May, there is a long way to go. Going to start with P90X3, walking, barre3 and see where it takes me.
