I also suffer from hypoglycemia, which I've had for as long as I can remember. But when I gained this weight, it got worse, and I was totally overwhelmed and scared. I just ate and ate and quit moving.

I want to get healthy so I can feel good again and be happy. I'm sick of living life like this. It's too short!

I'm also getting married soon and I REFUSE to look like this on my wedding day!!

My Goals:
For 2011:

*Lose 90 pounds

*Then, lose 10 more to be back at my "normal" weight.

*Be proud of EVERY pound I lose.


My Program:
*Limiting my calories

*Not eating things I don't need (like the occasional piece of chocolate)

*Changing my mindset to think of food as a necessity and not a luxury, so I stop relating food to feeling good. Instead, to think of food just as something I need to survive, and eating just that much.

*Working out 6-7 days a week (5 cardio & 2 weights)

Personal Information:
Engaged and wanting to plan a wedding. I need this weight OFF!!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. That is the thing I was really liking Insanity...I am totally bummed that my wrists cannot handle it. I had not weighed myself so I do know about pounds I have lost. I felt like I was getting a lot stronger and I am seeing a 6 pack abs developing and my biceps were looking good too.
