Trying to be a Healthy Buckeye
I've been on Sparkpeople off and on since August 2010, but I recommitted just before Christmas 2012. I am a 24 year old professional trying to balance my work, my social life, and adapting a healthy lifestyle. I know that I need to make changes in my life so that I can fully enjoy my life. I've started eating a lot better, as well as working out consistently 5-6 times a week. I love the interaction of the Sparkpeople community and look forward to my journey as well as the end result!

My Goals:
-Get to a healthy weight -Complete the C25K Program AND run a 5K (Check: 11/21/10!!) -Develop healthy eating habits and follow a weekly plan. -Do a minimum of 10,000 fitness minutes a year
My Program:
-C25K Program: (8/30/10-11/21/10) -Workout 5x a week -Menu plan for each week and purchase ONLY the food I need to follow that meal plan.
