I am a 30-something Academic Advisor in Illinois. I want to be healthy and work on me for awhile. I have recently relocated to a new town and am finding life to be very lonely, which has aided in my adding to the weight I need to lose. I just want to be healthier in the long run.

I didn't forget your birthday (Sunday) I just can't give goodies when I use my phone to Spark. It takes me to the mobile site and lots of stuff is missing.

How are you doing? I found myself thinking of you recently. I am still trying to make my way back to real running. Please let me know, if you'd like, what races you might be doing this year. It looks like I'll be limited to 5K's for the time being. I wish you well in your journey!
