I am a 30-something Academic Advisor in Illinois. I want to be healthy and work on me for awhile. I have recently relocated to a new town and am finding life to be very lonely, which has aided in my adding to the weight I need to lose. I just want to be healthier in the long run.

Hey there! In my blog I posted two links that I found really helpful. What I found was mainly with the emotional eating or overeating, they all want you to distract yourself. So they tell you to make a list of things you like to do, go for a walk, call a friend, take a bubble bath, etc. And when the urge to overeat strikes, do one of those things. I have tried that in the past but all I could think of while I was going for a walk is how I still wanted to eat when I got back ha ha!!

Slacks or skirt and a light weight blazer on top of your camel t-shirt should work for work emoticon
