Woman on a Mission
Hello my name is Val.
I am a woman on a mission. A mission to get healthier and to become more eye appealing to my husband. I feel if I cant stand the sight of my own body it is not fair for him to have to look at it either.
At this point I do not feel beautiful. I look in the mirror and I see a woman who has let herself go. When I got married 29 years ago I weighed 140 lbs. Well I am far from that now. I could give alot of reasons for not being in shape. But ...
Hello my name is Val.
I am a woman on a mission. A mission to get healthier and to become more eye appealing to my husband. I feel if I cant stand the sight of my own body it is not fair for him to have to look at it either.
At this point I do not feel beautiful. I look in the mirror and I see a woman who has let herself go. When I got married 29 years ago I weighed 140 lbs. Well I am far from that now. I could give alot of reasons for not being in shape. But when it comes right down to it there really is no reason for it at all.
And so my mission is to become that beautiful woman my husband saw 29 years ago. I know he still thinks I am nice looking. But it has been a long time since he has said I look nice much less that I am beautiful. I know he loves me and he knows I love him.
And so now it is time for me to quit saying I am going to get rid of this weight and actually do it. And so by the end of this year I plan on being that woman.

My Goals:
1 ) To do cardio 3xs a week
2) To do core 2xs a week
3) To be down to 199 on March 1st
My Program:
1) Treadmill at 1% incline at 3.3 for 10 mints and then at 3.5 for 10 mints.
2) Stationery bike for 23 mints
*each week I will increase my speed on the treadmill and my time on my bike*

I am from Watertown WI.
I have been happily married for 28 years. Soon to be 29.
I have 2 children. 1 boy and 1 girl
I have 2 granddaughters. One is 2 and the other is just 6 weeks old.
