New Mom trying to lose the baby weight
Had a beautiful baby boy in July 2013. Gained a tremendous amount of weight - 70 pounds! Was 221 before I delivered. Now, three months later, I am 199. I am having an incredibly difficult time shedding the pounds. I work out 4 days a week with a mix of cardio and strength training and am on Zone meal delivery at 1400 calories a day. I need help!
