My main goal is to lose weight and be healthy. Most of my health issues will disappear or greatly improve if I lose weight. I would not need to take prescription medications anymore. This is what my doctor told me. It sounds so easy when she says it. Lose the weight and you will be all better.

I love that the pink awareness is out there and wouldn't want to take anything from that. BUT. For me it is ovarian cancer and just think it would be nice it companies and media offered awareness for all of the cancers. Feel better.
Looks like we both started on the same day V. I have been on and off Spark for a few years. Eating too many carbs lately and decided to go back to food tracking. This time I am only in one team, one challenge.....my intention is to stay focused on me and my goal. Wishing us both great success !
Thanks for your comment on my page. To answer your question, food tracking has been key, even when I binge I track it as best I can. I do still log my food in maintenance so I can keep track of not just calories, but also the nutrients. It also keep me "honest" as to portion control. I know it can be a slow process but you can do it! Always remember that we can't be perfect, and when we have those days we overeat, don't go back to that habit, but just accept it and get right back on track!
