I fell off, but I am back and here to stay.
On here to learn more about nutrition , exercise, and weight loss, as well network with others with similar goals. I had been doing really well, and now I am back where I started. :( Not sure how I let that happen, but I am as committed as ever. New decade of life and want to be healthier and better than ever.

To wear a two piece swim suit this summer, as well as shorts.
My Program:
I work out at the gym at least 4 days a week. I do water aerobics, strength straining, as well as cardio. I enjoy sitting in the sauna as well.

Jue 29th- 45 mintues cardio and tone and 2 mile (WATP)
