2014!
Oh my, it appears as though I skipped a couple of years. I lost in 2012, but some of it returned in 2013, not all of it, so that is good. In 2014 I plan to:
Eat for health, rather than for consolation,
Let go of at least 40 pounds,
Get out and enjoy life, I have spent quite a bit of
time in house rather than out this past year,
To build up to walking 10 miles,

To build up to riding 40 miles,
To catch up on my scrapbooking,
To train my Sheppies, and
To wake up!

2011!
Beware of the goals you set. Last year, as you can see below I set that goal to live a balanced life, little did I know that I would lose my balance in the worse way with a broken leg and ankle.
Still I think there are a few pounds less of me now than there was by June of last year-
So, I begin again-and this year I am working on the idea of Renewal-so I will see how that will work for me!

2010! Wow this is the year to let go of, oh let me see, about 50 cholesteral points and about 50 lbs hmmm maybe that goes hand in hand! I really do wonder what I will look like-well an adventure it will be, but I am not alone- I have my friends! So I am excited!


Be aware of wonder. Live a balanced life - learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day some.

Eating between 1200-1600 calories a day

Unfortunately my husband hung my bike back up in the garage and there it sits. The weather has been so wonderful that I'm going to have to drag it back down. And pump his bike tires up in the meantime so he'll join me. :)
