I spent most of my childhood, teens, and 20's feeling unworthy, isolated, and broken .. struggling with obesity, depression & anxiety. I was lost in a negative reality and no one could help me get out of it, until I helped myself and looked within.

Now I'm discovering my innate value and I'm mastering the art of unlearning and reprogramming my brain in order to live life the way I want to live it. I am taking full responsibility for my own health and happiness. I am committed to loving and accepting myself at any size.

May we all discover our own agency, worth, and interconnectedness in this lifetime :)

Namaste~

"I have not yet read that by Rumi... is it good? I'm sure I've seen quotes from it, I will have to add it to my list. I love his writing.. it's so profound and heartfelt. "

re The Guest House : yes it is so insightful about how the spirit works within and manifests in our manner toward others. You can google Rumi and find pages of his poems, which were faux love poems. They actually were about our relationship with God., long metaphors that illustrate the depth of the mystery. Hope yoou look him up and read more.

My son is 22 yrs old and is into Amtgard and Pathfinder Roleplaying Gaming so it's not like he doesn't do anything but.. the rest of the time he's gaming or writing fan fiction. He really needs to get out, work, go to school, and plan a future. He's been the one doing everything for me because I'm to lazy and overweight to do for myself. Though, that has stopped now. Raising him was a chore but I worked hard to make him as cool as he is. emoticon

emoticon Wonderful to see you as THE MOTIVATOR of the Day. What an accomplishment. emoticon

I see you are the Team Leader for HIIT. Great. I've followed "Body by Science" author Doug McGuff M.D. and also, Dr. Mercola. They have such great information on using it.
