CREATIVE ways To EXERCISE With SIX

1. Wear the baby. Stroller the toddler. Everyone else walks.
2. Double stroller baby and one toddler. Older kids bike. Mama jogs.
3. Oldest kid pushes toddler in single jogger. Mama wears baby, pushes other child in single jogger.
4. Daddy watches kids. Mama goes to gym.
5. Kids sleep. Mama uses exercise video.
6. A kid wakes up and "helps" Mama do exercise video.

VALLITTLEMAMA5 Laughing. Husband cracking jokes. All safe and "abed" despite being rear ended on I84 today. Minimal car damage. All folks alive and well. Praise The Lord!!

Thanksgiving is the appointed time
for focusing on the good in our lives.
In each of our days,
we can find small blessings,
but too often we overlook them,
choosing instead to spend our time
paying attention to problems.

Thankyou for all your kind comments. My grandfather has been sick, and i been helping my dad out with his business.. our company is busy during this part of the year with the holidays up and coming! so thats why i havent been here.. but I thankyou for all your encouraging words.. it was very sweet and awesome, and uplifting to come back to.. i been using spark mobile so i wont lose my water count ect.

thanks for the goodie. I am fit but still overweight. I eat too much sugar. I play tennis for 2 hours at least 3 days a week. Some weeks I play 2 or 3 times in a day if I sub for someone. I think I'm obsessed but I do love it. I ran 4.5 miles this morning (on the treadmill, not in the snow:) I also did strength training for 45 minutes. I went to church last night so baked for a bake sale this morning then hit the gym. I wish I could get my eating in line. I start the day good and it's downhill by afternoon. I feel possessed by the sugar demon. Hopefully this week will be better. take care. Have a sparked week! emoticon emoticon emoticon
