My Goals:
~Drink at least 8 glass of water a day.

~Eat less junk food and choose to eat fruits and vegetables instead.

~Eat smaller portions more frequently throughout day

My Program:
I Ďam tracking my meals to stay within my calorie range, and making healthier food choices by eating more fruits and vegetables. Along with tracking my meals, I have started a daily fitness routine that works my full body. (lunges, pushups, squats, and crunches)

Tracking food, drinking plenty of water and getting exercise is not temporary it is a lifestyle change. Therefore, I need to form healthy habits that I can continue throughout my life.
