Hello, I am 43 5'3 and 190#. I am finding it very difficult to lose weight and exercise on a daily basis. I have cut out soda,sugar,salt, out of my diet. Unfortunately I found out last year im a borderline diabetic and my suger level drops throughout the day. I enjoy food too much and am finding it hard to give up the foods I love and the quantities. I do drink water as long as I have flavor pkts. As for working out I dont have the equiptment except for small dumbells, which i have learned to do while listening to my live chats for school. MY hardest thing to give up on or cut down on is my one bag of burnt popcorn everynight.this pic you see is about 7 years old and nothings changed. But I am gonna stay positive and hopefully one day I will find it in myself to keep it up and lose some weight.

born an alaskan native,adopted out and raised in iowa,kansas,and missouri which i now call home.I enjoy sewing,quilting,gardening,fishing.I'm now disabled running an online website from home . I am also attending CTU online for a Associates degree in healthcare administration.


Other Information:
I just found out last year I have siblings and have gotten to talk to them. In the summer of 2011 I got to fly to alaska and meet some of my siblings, it was the best 2 weeks of my life..I enjoy listening to all kinds of music,I enjoy reading novels by Jude Deveraux , Christine Feehan,Cassie Edwards,
Nora Roberts.
