I recently started playing flag football, so I'm trying to get in better shape for my upcoming game---and for my upcoming 30s! I realized a few months ago that I couldn't keep up the scarily sedentary lifestyle I'd created throughout my 20s---so I have been making positive changes, mostly just trying to be more mindful about what I put in my body and getting my activity level back up to where it was in my tough cookie days.

My Goals:
*Exercise every day, even if only for ten minutes
*Eat breakfast every day to stave off evening binges
*Bring lunch to work at least 3x/week
*Cook at home at least 2x/week
*Stop binge-eating in moments of deep stress or extreme boredom

My Program:
*Tracking and measuring pretty much everything--whether it is flattering or not.
*Complete my weekly and monthly fitness minutes
*Walk more instead of driving!
