Hey! Savannah here! So I started my journey at 170 pounds a little less than a year ago. We never had a scale in my house and I didn't really think about it much. Well, every summer would come along and I would look in the mirror with disgust about how I looked. When I came across SparkPeople I joined and didn't think much would happen, my weight kept going up and down for so long.

Well, I am proud to say that now I am in the 140-133 range. I am not checking the scale everyday ...

Vannah, darling, your comment was so sweet... but the grass is always greener on the other side, right? Do not be jealous, LOL. I wish I were young and had my life ahead of me and hadn't ruined my belly skin with pregnancy and still had a chance at looking good in a bikini! Heh. I have worked hard, you are right. I know you can work in some more exercise and avoid the fast food temptations more. But remember, neither of us has very much to lose (and you're still growing) so it will be slow going for both of us. But emoticon

You are right, thanks for the encouragement. I made it through the weekend with 4 miles, and so, so nutrition. Never went too far over. Today was DQ Ice Cream Cake. That was my treat!

I'm going to hang in there. An, you can go for the last 20 pounds. I have no advice, other than keep on tracking!
