On A Journey

My Program:
I am taking really small steps and I will update this bi weekly as to what I am focusing on for those two weeks
WEEKS 1&2: Keep a food diary and dont eat after 10PM
Personal Information:
I am 20 years old and in Cosmetology school and loving every minute of it. I am turning 21 in a few days and am super excited! I am married to the most wonderful man in the world! and have been for nearly a year and a half.
