This is 2014 and time for some new Goals, As I age, this year I turn 74 so I'm just trying to keep my body healthy, moving and full of energy.

Basically, I want to do 3 days of Strength exercise and two days of Carido. I have to walk at least 30 minutes a day on the treadmill. Walking my dog in a quick stride, about 2.5 or 3 speed. I'm going to be doing a video exercise that will be enjoyable and helpful on keeping my body moving and giving me more spirit in moving faster. I ...

I know I have some new wrinkles on my face, and some grey hair, but I sure don't want to be slow, I know with time my body will slow down as I'm sure it will, but I will keep it moving and trying to be strong, as long as I can. Thanks to all of you that send me encourangement. I wish you well and hope that you all reach your goals, that you have set for this year.

Sparks always has some interesting suggestion and articles with different Helps and aids. I love to follow their exercise plans that they offer. I'm getting use to the new formats. We all have to make changes in our life.

My Goals:
I would like to be able to do the exercises, especially with the large ball and be more flexible, tighten muscles, also loose some weight in the progress.

Cardio exercise
30 minutes 2 times a week

Strength Training
30 minutes, 3 times a week every other day.

Arms, Legs, Stomach Crunch)

My Program:
I am Working on doing my strength training exercises three times a week, walking, Stationary Bike riding, Nordic Rider and Weight machine. My Daughter and I walk our dogs in a very fast pace almost every day. I Try to do the eating plan that I have in my program counting calories, with a balance of 5 Fruit, Veg. and Protein. Drink my Water 8 or 9 - 8 oz. a day.

Born Jan. 8th

I am a Texas girl, from deep in the heart of Texas, living in Calif.

We came to California 48 years ago, We now live just outside of Sacramento, Ca.
I've been married 56 years, had 5 daughters, youngest is 34 year old, with Down's syndrome she still lives at home. My oldest daughter, lives closeby, and my only grand daughter lived in Canada, and has moved here in April 2012. In March 1977 we had a house fire and at that time 3 or my 4 daughters died, Bonnie, Tammy and Marilu. We are all Christians and we have faith, and plan to see our daughters again in Heaven, as well as all of our ancestors and those that have also trusted Christ as their savior. (John 3:16) In Dec 1978 my youngest daughter was born.

I have one Miniature Poodle named Silver, that has a long tail and two cats, Cleo and Farrah.
