Recently I've been taking a good, hard and objective look at myself and noticed MUCH self-sabotage and excuses I've been giving myself - enough is enough.

It is time to have the body I always wanted.. watch this space!

Fitness Minutes: 3,897

My Goals:
1. get down to my first goal weight (60kg) - at which point, hopefully goal 2 will also be achieved..
2. fit my old favourite jeans
3. once I have tackled the first two goals, I want to start preparing for my first figure building competition

My Program:
1. eat clean, balanced vegan meals - with the help of the food tracker
2. strength training at least 3 times a week
3. cardio twice a week
4. yoga/meditation at least once a week
5. space meals out to every 3-4 hours and get re-acquainted with the feeling of real hunger!

Personal Information:
I'm from gorgeous New Zealand!! I'm vegetarian but most of the time I eat vegan (but restaurants can be a problem in little old NZ sometimes), and have a fascination with bodybuilding, custom motorbikes, good rock/metal music, photography, and EVERYTHING about the natural world that we live in.

I work fulltime, and am completing a BSc, majoring in Geography part time - my life is hectic, but I love it!
