Vegan Momma
I am a stay at home mom. My son was born March 15 2013. I have been struggling with my weight since my teens. I have been off and on a vegetarian diet for quite some time and since my son was born I have finally fully adopted the Vegan lifestyle for me and my family. We also try our best to be green and natural/organic. I am trying to get healthy and expand my knowledge on the vegan lifestyle. I love to walk and practice yoga. I have a siberian husky and a siamese cat. I love animals.

My Goals:
Lose weight
Learn to eat/cook healthy vegan meals
Get healthy and fit
Stick to my lifestyle and raise my son up the same way.
My Program:
Vegan meal for dinner, no food after 7pm.
1 serving of fruits/veggies/nuts 4 times throughout the day.
VEGA protein shake in the morning.
12 plus cups of water daily
30 Min Walking daily
30 Min Yoga daily
Elliptical sessions throughout the day (training little by little to increase stamina)

I am a military (airforce) spouse from Ohio stationed in Northern California. I have one son (3-15-2013), one dog, and one cat. I am one proud momma. My husband and I live a green, vegan, natural/organic lifestyle as best we can. We are really into yoga and nature. We are also writing a Sci-fi novel.
