Welcome to Vegfaery's page.

Got my Crazy Sexy Juices and Succulent Smoothies e-book and I'm ready to start juicing. I picked up a Jack Lalane Juicer Elite second hand. I've been drinking green smoothies for several years and practicing a mostly raw food diet for the past couple of weeks. I watched Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and I'm ready to reboot my health. Update August 20:

Still holding steady at 168 lbs. The summer was a roller coaster ride of packing up for a move, changing residences and unpacking on the other end. That's when the renovations started. No walking, no running, no eating healthy... I think I'm lucky that I have maintained.

So for now I'm getting back on the wagon and September 1st my partner and I will endeavour to each lose ten pounds by December 1st. Walking and eating healthy and lifting heavy weights.... it's the only way.

My Goals:
My goals this year are to get back into running and yoga, eat a clean vegan diet and juice at least once per day.



My Program:
Eat whole, unprocessed foods 95% of the time, with an emphasis on raw green juice and leafy greens.

Break a sweat every day with either Chalean Extreme, Brazil Butt Lift, Jane Fonda, Coach Nicole or any other form of exercise I enjoy.


Personal Information:
In a loving relationship with my partner Karen, raising my two remaining (at home) children.

I own a plant-based personal chef and catering business.



Other Information:
I'm a compulsive recipe collector, I enjoy scrapbooking, taking pictures, and mostly I love cooking.

Hi there! To answer your question, the first time I was juicing I could only do 20-30 min of exercise a day and skipped many as I was one of the people who didn't have extra energy on it. This time around, I have so much energy that I can do at least 1 hour if not more. My exercise of choice is Zumba, because it doesn't feel like exercise! I love it. I am also going to add swimming. I would recommend that if you do some weights it will help, as you do lose muscle on this plan. I am not that good with that part but will be incorporating it now.
