Welcome to Vegfaery's page.

Newly single after a four year relationship, living with my two boys, 14 and 10. I have moved away from vegetarianism after many years and now enjoy organic, grass fed meat once a week or so.

Still trying to lose those last stubborn 15-25 lbs. I get down to 165 lbs and then bounce up and down between that and 167. Guess my body is comfortable here.

Hi there! To answer your question, the first time I was juicing I could only do 20-30 min of exercise a day and skipped many as I was one of the people who didn't have extra energy on it. This time around, I have so much energy that I can do at least 1 hour if not more. My exercise of choice is Zumba, because it doesn't feel like exercise! I love it. I am also going to add swimming. I would recommend that if you do some weights it will help, as you do lose muscle on this plan. I am not that good with that part but will be incorporating it now.
Hope you had a wonderful 4th of july! emoticon
