Here I am, on the threshold of life. From now on I am going to live each day awake and aware; not daydream about the future. I will live compassionately and eat to live. I will run a marathon...not tomorrow or next year!

I have lost the weight before, I can do it again. This time it is staying off!!!! My lowest adult weight is 175, I am going to blow that number away :)

Baby steps, my ultimate WEIGHT goal is 145.

My number one life goal is to be healthy, happy and relaxed.

I am going to be strong and healthy.

Have my legs back.

My Program:
Journaling every day, no matter what. I am going to stick with clean paleo eating with at least 50% of my food being raw fruits and veggies. I am going to walk/run daily, then run/walk every day in my Vibrams and work up to running every day. Along with some lifting and body weight exercises.

My name is Heather and I live on the WA coast. We are in a very wet area, temperate....but wet. I have to get over my dislike of walking in the drizzle.

I love reading!! Any detective who dun it, thriller, life learning novel...wacky love story(no Harlequins please) or self help book.
I watch a lot of movies comedies to documentaries.
Music....Classical to alternative to dance.
