I've had the pleasure of reaching many past goals here on spark!
This time around - my goal is to be a beautiful bride. While my thought is 130 lbs by my wedding (November 1st 2014) - I don't want to add stress to reach some special #. For me - it's about fixing my lifestyle once again - and being happy with the process rather than the hard # results.
I stick to my 1200-1550 calories a day - staying strict with my meal tracker.
My focus this time around is more group activities, more time outside with the pups, and cooking healthy for more people in my life.
Thanks to the inspiration of a dear friend - I will be participating in a 5k "color run" the week before my 30th birthday!
