Back to Basics!

I've used Spark several times in the past with great results! When in college, I used to lose just a few pesky lbs and keep my energy level up. Last year - I used it to lose 18 lbs ! The 18 lbs all started with a Biggest Loser competition at my office last year and turned into great results!

I have been succesful again in the past few months turning my weight loss goals into reality.

I'm hoping to make my time on SP this time a lifelong commitment of health and ...

My Goals:
I succeeded in my goal to place in our Biggest Loser at work - as of March 20th, 2013 - I had lost 13.6 lbs in less than 3 months - that's 9.2% of my original weight - which got me third place!

My new goal is to get to 125 lbs by June 1st for my sisters wedding.

My Program:
I stick to my 1200-1550 calories a day - staying strict with my meal tracker. I also workout 3 times a week. Some of my other goals include packing lunch daily, drinking tons of water, and not hitting my snooze button!

Other Information:
I just purchased the SP Total Body Sculpting DVD and the book The Spark - I'm hoping that and trying out Spark Coach will give me the kick in the butt I need to get motivated again now that Biggest Loser is over!
