I will think of you today when I run my 54th birthday 5-K! I never would feel this good if it wasn't for the encouragement you are a big part of; also my husband, son and daughter have been there for me literally each step of the way!!!
I saw the new challenge. Do you have to weigh in as part of the challenge, or is it just trying to get in 6 servings of fruit and veggies a day? Reason I ask is that I'm still on crutches and wearing a medical boot and not cleared to put weight on the one leg yet, so it's kind of hard to actually weigh myself at the moment. Haven't done so for almost 2 months. Really hoping that I haven't gained, or at least gained too much, due to the lack of mobility. But I definitely need to work on getting more fruits and veggies in my diet than I have been lately, so the rest of the challenge is a good one for me. Thanks.
