I started SP 4 years ago, This is the best place to get healthy, though I'm still struggleing, It's the best place, I am the team leader of two teams here, "Managing Diabetes Group" and "Ohio Buckeye Beauties" the support is wonderful here, I have lost and gained and lost and gained my whole life! hopefully, here I'll get it right!
