Veronica, I saw your post on Spark Guy's weekly post. You do know how to begin again. One simple step at a time. Breathe deep and often when those stressful moments come up at work. Take a quick walk try to shake it off and play with your girls for 10 min to get a bit of exercise in! Most importantly breathe in deeply and let all the bad air out! Good luck dear.
