Hey! I read your post about going to the gym for the first time, and I wanted to wish you good luck! :) Yup, new things are scary, but you're always happy you tried them in the end! I'm sure you'll find the whole experience to be alright... And if the gym ever starts to feel boring, it means you have to try new stuff... so also check out your gym's pilates/zumba/ yoga/whatever classes it offers... I feel you, because I want to take up classic or contemporary ballet myself, and I know how stressful it can be deciding to use that body again, when you've stopped even thinking about what you do to it a long time ago... I'll be with you in your thoughts to encourage you and cheer for you in your nest appointment! :) Let me know how you liked the program the trainer gave you. :)
Saw your post on the Done Girl's team and thought I would say hi. We have 6 more weeks till the end of the year. Let's get it Done so we can the start the new year one step closer to our goals. Mine is to see 199 again.
