I am a 25 -year-old student in English and Gender Studies, working at a gas station to finance my studies. I I have battled with severe depression and bulimia for the past ten years, which together with type-1 diabetes have brought on more diseases. I have done serious damage to my system, and there is a time-bomb in my eyes. This is why I truly need to take control over my blood glucose, and in order to do that, I must take control over what I eat, because I'm afraid of insulin. My current weight is 64 kg, and my height is 163 cm, so I am not obese, but in the upper normal range anyway. My doctor said I am too young to weight that much.
So, a messy story short: I am aiming at improving my health without gaining any weight, preferably losing it a bit.

I love going to gym, and I'll certainly continue that. Moreover, I will add some aerobic exercises and yoga. My plan is to eat healthy meals regularly (regularity is something I definitely need to work on). Also, I will try to cut down my stress levels.
None, after all, would achieve perfection, though many would live with a permanent sense of failure, of being in the wrong.
