Big and round transformed to Long and Strong. My start weight was 212#'s Jan 1, 2011 - I began reincorporating yoga and pilates into a daily routine to rehab my injured feet after a freak accident and going through life changes. My wt raised from 120 to 212. My goal was to get back to 120, but my body was resisting at 131. I was down to 127 but it teeters up and down.
