Hang in there and don't give up. Sounds like you are so busy doing for everyone else, there is no time for you and you are comforting yourself with food. YOU ARE IMPORTANT TOO!! Just make a plan to do one small thing just for you each day and everyone/everything else can wait. I guarantee the world will not stop spinning.
I have always used food as my reward in the past (bad habit to break). Now I sit down to read or do my nails. I still have treats, but I make it a really good greek yogurt, my favorite apple or almonds. I even plan my meals by including a piece of cake now and then (enjoy it with no guilt). Your team is pulling for you.
