Oh, it is much better swapping foods around, I've been on the scales this morning a slight loss in weight, but funny thing is I feel like I lost loads ......so I'll have to wait in anticipation for Saturday weigh in.....lol

Yes, I had a good weekend, very busy I haven't had much time to get on this site, but great, went shopping to Hanley on Sunday.....bought new jeans, a size smaller than normal.......so I was really chuffed.
And, yes I am a lot more positive........got my munching under control, thank goodness at long last.
