Time to get back on track

After 7 or so years of watching weight creep on and at my heaviest ever, I'm ready to make changes in my lifestyle (I hope!) to get back to the weight I used to be....(or at least close! lol)

BTW I'm the short one in the picture :D My husband is also on Sparkpeople, AJFLYNEE :)

My Program:
track all foods eaten
minimum of 30 min exercise every day, but ideally 45 min at least 5 times a week and strength training at least 30 min x 3 a week.

That's ideally what I should be doing, still a work in progress lol

Hey Girlfriend! I'm challenging YOU to give me just 5 minutes of your time.

High jog in place for 1 minute!

Lets see how many seated knee lifts YOU can do in 1 minute!

Jump rope!
Don't have one? use the invisible one works just as good if not better. For 1 minute.

Wall push ups for 1 minute (or whatever version you prefer)

Visualize..Ok now get ready..Set..Throw punches of any kind for 1 minute.

This really gets your heart rate UP!

I'm hoping you will play along.

Now come on what are you waiting for?? GO on! **TAG** someone else,you know you want to!!

Keep it going my friend.

Of course you might need to modify some or ALL of these to suit YOU.

ALL that matters is that you give it your best.
