To maintain my weight throughout the summer. To workout every day for 60 minutes. To fit into my size 6 clothes. To set a good example to my family and friends. To promote health in all ways. To beat sweets! To turn to the Lord instead of food when times of trial come my way!
Fitting in as much exercise as I can whenever possible and really being aware and tracking everything I eat or drink! Workout daily.
I've been married for 21 years to my high school sweetheart. We have two sons who are 13 & 17. My husband has a good job so I can stay home full-time with the kids. I teach indoor cycling classes and SilverSneaker classes at a local gym.
I'm very active in my church. I co-lead bible studies for women and have planned the ladies retreat for the past 6 yrs. We live in an older house built in 1902 that we are bit by bit fixing up! I love to be outside. Love being on my bicycle during warm weather. Love my family and love Jesus!

You are an inspiration to me! I'm at your starting weight now, and my final goal is where you are now! My husband and I are also active in our church, and lead the youth fellowship group. Tomorrow we are going to rake for one of our older church members. Hopefully the rain will stop.
