Hi Vista: I'm not even sure where to post messages with all this new stuff and being out of touch with Spark messages in general. I'm glad that they sent me a message saying somebody responded to blog.
Yes, I'll keep you posted. If done long enough, it's supposed to take away that awful craving. I wish I was more of a meat eater.
Hope all's well with you, otherwise. It's so nice you have your family around a lot of the time.
    Hugs, Sandra

Hi Vista: Long time no here. I'm sorry you're not a happy camper. Maybe camping is not for you.....silly me. Seriously, I hope you can do what makes you feel the best.

Here are some special emoticon to get you through the day. Always remember you are not alone. This journey is long and slow, if we are going to do it successfully and healthy! It is a lifestyle change and not a diet. And it's OK to lose the UMPH to get MOVIN' again and be on the right track.

But, WE ARE SO WORTH IT, so continue the struggle. And, know with confidence that with each step you take---you are moving closer to your
ultimate goal!!! Keep challenging yourself! emoticon
