Overwhelmed with where to start

So I am back !

I have not lost my goal of loosing weight. I am still not sure how or where to start. Life is crazy and work is crazy.

I know I need to start with small gradual steps, but getting there is the problem. I work 11 or 12 hours a day 5 days a week and Sunday is a day of rest and unplugging from everything but the Lord.

That leaves me with 1 day to cram everything else into. Not enough hours in the day. I have tried to simplify things and only do ...

That leaves me with 1 day to cram everything else into. Not enough hours in the day. I have tried to simplify things and only do the things that are vital, but the problem is, so many of them are vital.

I am the sole provider for our family, my husband takes care of his dear sweet mother that lives with us. She is okay health wise, but has limited vision so we try not to leave her alone for very long. If she falls again and no one is home, it might be bad.

I posted a healthy goal on the cabinet in the kitchen since my husband does most of the cooking, and he says he is on board with me to get healthy, but he is not really following through. And to be honest, neither am I. I am overwhelmed on where to start and where to find the time to do anything.

Our house is in chaos, we have moved but I sill have no time to go through boxes and organize and purge. And I have been off work sick this week. So there goes getting through things this week. I have been in bed or on the couch resting. And now my husband is sick. Guess he should have stayed sleeping on the couch.

I am important enough to get healthy, I just need to find a simple plan and help my husband understand its importance.
