No longer happy with status quo

So September starts and I have deceided that enough is enough.

This last 18 months have really taken a toll on me. I am still recovering from an accident that keeps me from walking and doing strength training like I want.

Work is still crazy although I am getting started in training help that will take a lot of stress off of me.

I bought a fitbit flex and so far I love it. It is great to see how close I get to my goal every day and hope that they develop ...

Work is still crazy although I am getting started in training help that will take a lot of stress off of me.

I bought a fitbit flex and so far I love it. It is great to see how close I get to my goal every day and hope that they develop the program to sync with my smart phone so I don't have to wait until I get home to check my progress.

I have to get healthy...... I want to get healthy..... The weight around my heart is going to cause problems the older I get and I am confident that getting healthy will also help my body heal. The problem is getting my brain on board when I am stressed and coming up with healthy meals for work when I really only have 1 day off for myself and most of that day is spent doing laundry, cleaning, baking bread, etc......

How do I stay motivated to keep going, especially when I am having a bad day and can hardly walk.

I can go this, I can do hard things, I can get healthy, I will get healthy. I am important enough to me to make sure that I do it.
