Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband who I have been with for 40 years and hope more. I have two children a Son (Samuel) 38 and Daughter in Law Hotaru and Step Grandson Michael 8 and Grand Daughter Nicole 6 months old - and a Daughter (Leah) 35 & Son in Law (Marlon) 35 & Grandson (Xander) 3 and one on the way in DEC. All the kids are in the Army - I am very proud of my kids - on July 27, 2009, Feb 10, 2011, Nov 21, 2017 - I was honored to be selected as a Spark people Motivator!


Other Information:
I love to sing and I love to Sew, Quilt, Play cards, swim, camp, fish, hunt, bake cakes for people, (wedding, birthday any cake) ride my motorcycle, - if there is something I have not done - you name it I would like to try it - if I haven't done it yet.

    emoticon CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY TO EXERCISE SUCCESS emoticon

    You can have the best trainer in the world design an exercise program for you, but if you don’t do it, it is not worth anything. You can join the most expensive fitness club in town, but if you don’t go and exercise, it is worthless. To be a success in any exercise program, you must be consistent. It’s the steady, constant exerciser who makes fitness and activity a lifestyle that excels and succeeds. Sometimes our busy schedules seem to prohibit us from exercising everyday so many people only workout 1 – 2 days a week and push themselves so hard that their intensity is too high. Even though this type of workout makes them feel good mentally, it is not the best way to exercise. It is better to moderately exercise in some form every day. Consistency is the key to exercise success.
