To get below 159 for a start, so I am only "overweight" on the BMI scale instead of "obese". Ugh, I hate labels!

I need an exercise to do with a laptop! I adore books! My home is filled to the brim with an eclectic collection of fascinating words and knowledge. I also love experience new cultures and traveling to different countries.
