My Goals:
Reset my goals 2/20/11

I think I had set some unrealistic goals and need to hit the reset button. I hear the phrase "commit to what you are willing to do for the rest of your life" I have decided to try that. It has been proven that my method of go big or go home does not work for me. I have to work slow and steady, consistency is key. Im just so impatient.

Workout 5x a week

60 min a day

burn 600 cal per workout


***Record my breakfast every day

***Measure portions

***add healthy alternatives to my diet
