Waow what a journey it has been.

I found Sparkpeople in 2006.
I have restarted my healthy living lifestyle on April 23 2014. So am on my journey to being fit.
It has been a struggle to lose weight second time round. My previous diet program Rosemary has really helped me. In knowing my portion. I have decided.. it is time to lose the remaing 2 stones b4 my next birthday
