My Goals:
I want to loose about 30 pounds. I also want to learn how to play the cello (I have a book and am teaching myself)

My Program:
I plan to eat 1200-1500 calories a day and, three times a week, I will: do 5 X 10 knee push-ups, my dumbbell program, 5 minutes of hula hoop, the 1 hour ballet exercise tape and either 50 minutes of walking or the 12 minute low impact cardio video.

Hey you didn't disappear on me again did you? I have not been writing as many emails as I should. I have had these darn shingles for almost three weeks now and can't sleep tonight. How are you doing? Great job with the hula hoop Val. I never could get that thing to stay up so sometimes I pretend to have one on and just do the motions...good exercise LOL.
How are you doing? We are doing the lose 10 pounds by Christmas challenge...no teams just individual. today is backwards day. I wanted to have some fun. Be safe. Pam
