5:2 Diet with lots of veggies on the low cal days.
And most recently using a Meltdown Challenge to motivate me to be diligent.

I have a chronically ill kid brother and a post-concussion brain injured older brother so life is a constant stream of driving people to doctor appts and trying to keep my eyes on God as He directs my life.
I'm blessed with an extremely close family!
My dream job would be to sit with hospital patients to give their family a break from the hospital. ~ But I haven't found a way to make it happen yet.
I saw that you are going to skydive this year. I have been wanting to do this for 10 years but felt being over 200 lbs I would fall to the ground faster than necessary or told I can't do it because I weigh too much. So come June I should be 1/2 weigh to my weight goal and I am jumping. I have talked my brother-in-law into doing it with me. We are going to Boulder City, NV. Apparently, when one jumps there, they can see Lake Mead, Vegas and parts of the Grand Canyon.
